Pakistan’s Shocking Admission: Decades of Terror Support In an explosive interview with Britain’s Sky News, Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif admitted that Pakistan has long funded and supported terrorist organizations. This admission shatters years of official denials and validates India’s consistent allegations against Pakistan. “We have been doing this dirty work for the United States for about three decades, and the West, including Britain,” Asif said, referring to Pakistan’s involvement in wars during the Soviet era and post-9/11. The backdrop for Asif’s admission is the rising tension between India and Pakistan following the horrific Pahalgam attack in Jammu and Kashmir, where at least 26 people, mostly tourists, lost their lives. Khawaja Asif on Pakistan’s “Mistakes” and Global Powers’ Role When questioned about Pakistan’s role in terrorist financing, Asif acknowledged that Pakistan’s choices were grave mistakes with long-term consequences.“If we had not joined the war against the Soviet Union and later the war after 9/11, Pakistan’s track record would have been unimpeachable,” he admitted. In response to the terror attack, India has suspended the Indus Water Treaty, marking a strong diplomatic move. Pakistan retaliated by halting trade with India and blocking Indian airlines from its airspace, warning that any attempt to restrict water flow would be considered an act of war. Threat of Escalation: Khawaja Asif Warns of All-Out War Speaking on potential escalation, Khawaja Asif warned:“We will measure our response to whatever is initiated by India. If there is an all-out attack, there will be an all-out war.” Asif emphasized the grave risk of conflict between two nuclear powers:“The clash between two nuclear powers is always worrisome,” he said, confirming global concerns. Without providing evidence, Asif also accused India of staging the Pahalgam attack, claiming, “We could make out that this whole thing was staged to create a crisis for us.” India Responds: “Pakistan is the Mother of Terrorism” Reacting strongly, Punjab Health Minister Balbir Singh stated:“The entire world knows that Pakistan is the mother of terrorism. They provide training and shelter to terrorists.
