Peer Review Policy

Manuscripts submitted to the Sada Law Publications are approved by the Editor-in-chief followed by formal peer review process conducted in collaboration with editorial board members and independent referees. The publisher encourages the authors and reviewers to use the electronic submission and peer-review system.

Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts to Sada Law Publications for consideration.

Initial Assessment: Upon receiving a submission, the editorial team conducts an initial assessment to ensure that the manuscript meets the journal’s scope and guidelines.

Reviewer Selection: The editorial board selects independent reviewers who possess expertise in the subject matter addressed in the manuscript. These reviewers are typically scholars, researchers, or practitioners with relevant experience.

Blind Review: Both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its quality, originality, methodology, significance, and adherence to academic standards.

Fee for Publication:- In order to ensure unrestricted access, the Sada Law Publications employs a business model that recovers costs associated with peer review, journal production, online hosting, and archiving by charging authors a publication fee for each article they publish.  The publication price includes a portion of the costs associated with handling and is thus not eligible for a refund. The payment of publication fees does not guarantee that the journal will be included in a professional organization’s list or indexed in a database. Exemptions from fees. The Sada Law Publications provides a price waiver, either in full or in part, for authors who lack the financial means to meet publishing expenses. The editors and reviewers do not have access to payment information, thus the choice to publish a paper will not be influenced by the ability to pay or lack thereof.

Open Access Agreement.
Authors are required to declare their consent to adhere to an open access Creative Commons licence (CC-BY) when submitting an article. According to this licence, writers maintain ownership of the copyright for their articles. The licence grants permission to any user to download, print, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute the article, as long as proper acknowledgment is given to the authors and the source of the work. The licence guarantees the broad availability of the authors’ article and allows for its inclusion in any scholarly archive.

Manuscript submission pertaining to the topic at hand:-
When submitting an article, all authors are required to confirm that they have not submitted or had another similar or identical work being reviewed or approved for publication elsewhere. If any previous research has been published elsewhere, it is necessary to attach a duplicate copy of it together with the article being submitted to sadalawpublications@gmail.com . Reviewers will be requested to provide feedback on the extent of similarity across linked submissions.

Privacy
Editors and reviewers must maintain absolute confidentiality when handling all submitted articles. The names and email addresses provided on this journal site will be utilised solely for the specified purposes of this journal and will not be disclosed or shared with any other party for any other reason.

Revisions and Enhancements
The author(s) of the paper are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the material. Any revisions or modifications made to an article after it has been published will incur an extra fee of Rs 200.

Ethics in Publishing
Authors are required to have knowledge of and adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics, particularly in relation to authorship (such as avoiding ghost or guest authorship), submitting work to multiple sources, plagiarism, manipulating data, conflicts of interest, and following research ethics policies.

Reviewers and Editors must handle papers impartially and with confidentiality.

Originality: Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published elsewhere.

Co-Authorship: Co-authorship of a maximum of three individuals is permitted for each submission.

Plagiarism: Submissions must be free from plagiarism, with a limit of below 10%.

Moral Rights: Authors retain all moral rights, and submissions should be politically neutral and devoid of abusive content.

Exclusivity: Manuscripts should not be simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere.
