About the Organizer

Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is the third national law university located in Maharashtra. It was established in 2017 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in law.

About the Competition

Maharashtra National Law University is organising the 1st CCI-MNLUCS National Moot Court Competition 2025 in collaboration with the CCI.

This competition offers law students a unique opportunity to sharpen their advocacy skills while engaging with real-world issues in competition law.

The event is packed with exciting rounds, expert sessions, and prizes worth over Rs. 1,00,000/–, along with complimentary SCC Online access for all participants.

Eligibility

Participants must be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year undergraduate law degree program. A maximum of two teams per institution shall be allowed. Only students currently pursuing an undergraduate law course are eligible to participate

Registration Details

Two-Stage Registration Fee:

Stage I: A registration fee of INR 4500 per team shall be payable at the time of initial registration for the virtual rounds.

Stage II: Teams qualifying for the offline Semi-Finals and Final rounds shall pay an additional fee of INR 3000 before the commencement of Stage II.

Each team shall designate a primary contact person in the registration form. All official communication regarding the Competition shall be sent via email to the designated contact person, who shall be responsible for relaying the information to the rest of the team.

After payment, teams must take a screenshot of the transaction and upload it while filling the Google Form to confirm their registration.

A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the payment is verified and the slot is confirmed.

If a team does not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, it must promptly send its registration details and payment proof to mnlucsccimoot@mnlua.ac.in.

Each confirmed team will be assigned a unique team code, which must be used in all written and oral submissions. Teams shall be identified only by this code during the Competition.
