What You’ll Be Owning?

Spearheading end-to-end internal hiring and performance management.

Leading initiatives to boost employee engagement and reinforce our vibrant, values-driven culture.

Designing and executing L&D programs and growth journeys for our team.

Streamlining internal HR systems, processes, and documentation for scale and impact.

What We’re Looking For?

4–6 years of hands-on HR experience (especially in fast-paced, people-focused environments).

Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.

A strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

An HR qualification is a plus, but your mindset and people skills matter more.
