About the Job
Position: Legal Associate
Eligibility Criteria
LLB/LLM from a recognized university
Enrolled with Bar Council
1-3 years of experience in relevant field
Strong research and analytical skills
Work Profile
Represent clients in legal proceedings before Courts and Tribunals.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, applications, petitions, etc.
Provide expert legal advice and support for corporate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Conduct due diligence.
Analysing precedents & statutes to provide insightful legal views.
Drafting of pleadings and preparing notes, & briefing to seniors.
Salary
15k-14k per month
(will vary on experience and work)
