About the Job
Sula Vineyards is looking for a Head – Legal and Compliance who will oversee legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, providing strategic counsel to leadership, ensuring compliance, managing governance, and mitigating risks. This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Eligibility Criteria
LLB with 10+ years’ experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Alco- Bev industry
Strong in regulatory, compliance, governance & dispute resolution
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English & Marathi (spoken/written)
Willing to travel to Nashik & other locations as needed
