Eligibility
𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 / 𝗦𝗿. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘅
Qualification: CA or LLB (Top Tier Law College)
Experience: 3+ years PQE
Expertise: GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals
𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 / 𝗦𝗿. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘄
Qualification: CS (mandatory) and LLB (Preference for candidates from Legal/CA/CS firms)
Experience: 3+ years PQE
Expertise: Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory
𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲) – 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 & 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘄
Qualification: Law graduate (LL.M. preferred) from a top tier law college
Experience: 3+ years PQE
Expertise: Civil and commercial litigation, arbitration (institutional/ad hoc), drafting, research, and client representation before courts/tribunals
