About the Job
Nyati Group is seeking an experienced LegalConsultant with expertise in conveyancing practice to associate with their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of legal matters related to property transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting title investigations, and providing legal advice.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
5-10 years of experience in conveyancing practice
Excellent command over Marathi and English languages
Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, and other relevant laws
