The National Law University, Delhi (‘University’) through Project 39A is seeking to engage, the positions of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and DIRECTOR on contractual basis at its campus in Dwarka, New Delhi. The contract will be for one year initially and can be extended on an annual basis at the discretion of the University.
About Project 39A
Project 39A draws inspiration from Article 39-A in the Indian Constitution on equal justice and signals the broadening of our work on the criminal justice system in India. We undertake litigation, research and communications relating to legal aid, mental health and access to justice.
Details of the Vacancy
Post: – Executive Director
Eligibility – A postgraduate or doctoral degree in Law. At least SEVEN years of consistent, high-quality research experience in areas such as access to justice, legal aid, criminal justice administration, or allied fields. A strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in reputed journals.
Post: – Director
Eligibility – A postgraduate / doctoral degree in Law. – At least FIVE years of consistent, high-quality research experience in areas such as access to justice, legal aid, criminal justice administration, or allied fields. A strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in reputed journals.
Salary
Salary and emoluments will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience and aligned with university norms.
Location
