Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university OR master’s degree in law.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling banking-related cases.
Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, RBI guidelines and practices.
Familiarity with banking products and services.
Excellent drafting and litigation skills.
Ability to work independently.
