IlluminIP is seeking a skilled and experienced associate to join the corporate practice on immediate basis.
Eligibility Criteria
Associate (Corporate) (PQE: 1-2 years)
The ideal candidate should have an interest and prior experience in drafting & reviewing commercial agreements, compliance advisories, as well as due diligence-related assignments.
