Corporate Law & Policy Advisors is seeking talented corporate lawyers with 3-4 years PQE to join their team.

Eligibility
A qualified lawyer with a strong academic background, with 3-4 years of experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity, having knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws, and good legal drafting skills.
Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Proactive and collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Location
Hybrid with an office in Delhi
