About the Job
Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is looking to expand its Real Estate Practice with the addition of a dynamic and driven Associate (2–3 years PQE) to join its growing team.
The role involves active litigation work in Gurugram, covering appearances before:
Civil and District courts
Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA)
Revenue courts and other quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility
Lawyers with 2–3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure-related disputes, having hands-on experience in drafting and a strong command over procedural and substantive civil laws.
