Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) – a must
At least 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal department of a tech company
Proficiency in handling legal documentation, basic licensing, and compliance
Sound knowledge of Company Law & legal procedures
Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for cooperation agreements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus: Professional certifications in legal or compliance
