Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years (Post Qualification)
Passion for litigation
Strong drafting skills
Experience in arguing matters before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts
Client management expertise
Proficient in e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court and NCLT & NCLAT
Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is mandatory
Date of Joining
Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates who are available to join immediately should mention this in the subject line of their email.
