NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION BY MNLUCS Sweta Kumari About the Organizer Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is the third national law university located in Maharashtra. It was established in 2017 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in law. About the Competition Maharashtra National Law University is organising the 1st CCI-MNLUCS National Moot Court Competition 2025 in collaboration with the CCI. This competition offers law students a unique opportunity to sharpen their advocacy skills while engaging with real-world issues in competition law. The event is packed with exciting rounds, expert sessions, and prizes worth over Rs. 1,00,000/–, along with complimentary SCC Online access for all participants. Eligibility Participants must be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year undergraduate law degree program. A maximum of two teams per institution shall be allowed. Only students currently pursuing an undergraduate law course are eligible to participate Registration Details Two-Stage Registration Fee: Stage I: A registration fee of INR 4500 per team shall be payable at the time of initial registration for the virtual rounds. Stage II: Teams qualifying for the offline Semi-Finals and Final rounds shall pay an additional fee of INR 3000 before the commencement of Stage II. Each team shall designate a primary contact person in the registration form. All official communication regarding the Competition shall be sent via email to the designated contact person, who shall be responsible for relaying the information to the rest of the team. Payment Details: The registration fee must be paid through the link given below this post. After payment, teams must take a screenshot of the transaction and upload it while filling the Google Form to confirm their registration. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the payment is verified and the slot is confirmed. If a team does not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, it must promptly send its registration details and payment proof to mnlucsccimoot@mnlua.ac.in. Each confirmed team will be assigned a unique team code, which must be used in all written and oral submissions. Teams shall be identified only by this code during the Competition. DEBATE COMPETITION BY KANORIA SCHOOL OF LAW FOR WOMEN Sweta Kumari About the Kanoria School of Law for Women The Kanoria School of Law for Women, established in 2018 in the campus of Kanoria College, Jaipur, is affiliated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University and approved by the Bar Council of India. The institution is dedicated to developing new areas of legal education that will help young females become qualified lawyers who will inculcate a profound and long-lasting respect for human dignity, social justice, and fairness. High-quality legal education is provided by KSLW, which will eventually produce a new generation of judges, lawyers, leaders, and legislators. About the Debate Competition Kanoria School of Law for Women is organising “Parley 5.0: Debate Competition” on 13-14 June 2025. The competition’s purpose is to encourage students to think critically about diverse social and legal issues and to provide experience that will help them develop life-changing cognitive and presentational abilities. The debaters will also gain unique educational advantages from this debate competition as they hone unattainable talents in any other environment. Its goal is to make law graduates more aware of the effectiveness of using persuasive facts and well-reasoned arguments. It allows them to explain their position by employing verbal elegance. It gives one a sense of composure and assurance. It teaches students how to conduct effective research, arrange information, and deliver it in an engaging way. Eligibility Criteria Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year law course from any University/Institute/College approved by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the event. Each college/institute/university may enter only 3 teams (selection on a first-come, first-served basis). Teams may consist of students from the same or different institutions. Note: Winners of past editions of Parley are not eligible to participate. Topic of the Debate Competition Preliminary (Round 1): Efficacy of Cyber Laws in India. Semi-Final (Round 2): Courts should uphold constitutional morality over public sentiments. Final (Round 3): Relevance of Human Rights Institutions in contemporary India. ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION BY TNNLU Sweta Kumari About TNNLU & CRDT-CLCS The Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu by an Act of the State Legislature (Act No. 9 of 2012) to provide quality legal education globally. The Centre for Research, Development, and Training in Cyber Laws and Cyber Security (CRDT-CLCS) was established in 2022 with support from the Tamil Nadu Government. It focuses on creating awareness, conducting research, and offering training to prevent cybercrimes, misuse of technology, and to support better enforcement of cyber laws. The Centre has conducted various competitions, webinars featuring eminent scholars and conferences for these purposes. About the Competition The “National Essay Writing Competition on Challenges to Rights and Privacy in AI and Cyberspace” is theonline essay writing competition conductedby CRDT-CLCS, Tamil Nadu National Law University. This competition aims to encourage students from a wide array of interests to deliberate on topics of contemporary prominence through prompt articulation in written form. The topics of this competition would be concerning the significant issues taking place with rights and privacy within cyberspace, and the creative outlooks participants can provide on such matters.  Eligibility Criteria Students pursuing any degree, UG or PG, from any recognised college/university are eligible to participate in the competition.  Students from any school moving from Class 9 to Class 12 in the forthcoming academic year are also eligible to participate in a separate category from college students. LETTER TO NATURE WRITING CONTEST 2025 ON WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY BY UDAAN YOUTH CLUB Sweta Kumari About the Organization Nature Green Future Trust and Udaan Youth Club are two leading youth-driven organizations working at the intersection of environmental advocacy, education, arts, and youth engagement. The campaigns are spearheaded by Environmentalist Sundarm Tiwari and Social Worker Aman Kumar, both of whom are State Youth Awardees recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. They have actively collaborated to raise environmental consciousness using creative and participatory campaigns, especially among students and youth networks across India. About the Campaign The Letter To Nature National Writing Contest 2025 is a heartfelt environmental movement designed to rekindle the nation’s commitment to sustainability. Launched on the occasion of World Environment Day 2025, this campaign invites citizens from across India, especially children and young people, to write sincere, solution-driven, and reflective letters addressed to the Prime Minister of India. At its core, the campaign encourages meaningful civic expression on environmental issues by empowering participants to voice their hopes, concerns, and actionable ideas. By addressing the highest office in the country, participants are encouraged to voice their hopes, concerns, and constructive suggestions for building a greener and more sustainable India. The act of writing directly to the Prime Minister transforms this campaign into a national dialogue—where the voices of everyday citizens, especially youth, are elevated and heard. Children, students, and young writers participating in this initiative are contributing deeply personal letters—some apologizing on behalf of humanity for polluting rivers and cutting down trees, others offering thoughtful solutions like tree-planting drives, waste segregation, and green transportation. Many speak of their everyday actions—carrying cloth bags, saving water, saying no to plastic—as small yet powerful steps toward environmental responsibility. These letters are not only filled with emotion, but also brim with insight and youthful optimism. Participants are also encouraged to go beyond heartfelt appeals and propose innovative, actionable ideas—from climate-friendly school projects to suggestions for national policies that support renewable energy, biodiversity protection, or sustainable agriculture.
