About the Job
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate/ Senior Associate – Corporate Law with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the esteemed law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate commercial law, with a proven ability to handle complex transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate compliance matters.
This role will also include leading the implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act & related rules as they are notified, requiring a proactive approach and strong regulatory insight.
Eligibility
Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred, but not mandatory
Candidates who have worked in law firms or legal consultancy firms.
