The company is looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Legal & Compliance department based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm. The team handles matters related to contract review, transactional and real estate legal support, litigation, employment, and intellectual property.
Eligibility
Basic qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in law
An impressive record of academic achievement along with 3 to 4 years of experience, including experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts
Exceptional organizational and analytical ability, outstanding judgment, a keen attention to detail, and proven drafting, communication, and project management skills
Preferred qualification:
Prior experience in independently handling end-to-end contract lifecycle.
