About the Course
The current course on “Comparative Criminal Procedure” is a joint initiative of CMR University, Bangalore and Into Legal World. The course Comparative is designed to provide a global perspective on the procedural aspects of criminal law. It explores how different legal systems handle criminal investigations, trials, sentencing, and appeals, with a focus on common law, civil law, and other legal traditions. By analyzing procedural similarities and differences across jurisdictions, students will develop a nuanced understanding of global criminal justice systems
