Timeline and Submissions

Sada Law Publications invites original and unpublished research papers, review articles, case studies, and conceptual papers from academicians, research scholars, and professionals in the fields of Law, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, and Humanities.

We accept submissions on a rolling basis, and the deadline for the ongoing issue (Volume 1) is 31st August 2025.

Frequency of Publication

Sada Law Publications publishes four issues per year (Quarterly) covering interdisciplinary topics relevant to Law, Social Science, Commerce, Management, and Humanities.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

After acceptance, authors are required to pay a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) of INR 1000 for publication. Payment details and further formalities will be shared with the author upon acceptance.

DOI (Digital Object Identifier)

To ensure maximum reach and global citation visibility, all accepted papers will be assigned a unique DOI at no additional cost.

Manuscript Structure

Submissions must be in MS Word format (2003 or later). The preferred formatting style is:

Font: Times New Roman

Font Size: 12

Line Spacing: 1.5

Page Layout: Standard A4 size with normal margins

Illustrations/Charts/Graphs: Must be placed within the text at appropriate places

Avoid decorative borders or formatting styles

Mandatory Sections for All Submissions:

  • Title Page
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (3–5 keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods / Methodology
  • Data Analysis and Findings
  • Conclusion
  • Recommendations (if applicable)
  • References (APA / MLA / Bluebook or as per discipline norms)

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Sada Law Publications maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism.

We only accept original, unpublished work, and all submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process to ensure quality and academic integrity. The decision of the editorial and review committee will be final and binding.

Duplicate submissions, previously published content, or plagiarized work will lead to immediate rejection.
