About the university
Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Panvel, was founded to honour the vision of Late Shri Janardan Bhagat Saheb, who firmly believed in the transformative power of education He dreamed of bringing the light of knowledge to the common man, tirelessly working for the upliftment of the poor and dedicating his life to the development of this region. His unwavering commitment to making educational facilities accessible to students has been a source of inspiration for our Honourable Chairman, Shri Ramsheth Thakur Saheb, who established the Sanstha on January 1, 1992, to fulfil this noble dream. Over the past 25 years, the Sanstha has grown remarkably, expanding its wings across various fields of education. Today, it proudly encompasses 18 educational institutes, each dedicated to imparting quality education and fostering a culture of excellence.
About the competition
This prestigious competition aims to provide a platform for law students to showcase their legal acumen, research skills, and advocacy skills. The moot problem revolves around contemporary environmental & legal issue, ensuring an engaging and intellectually stimulating experience for all participants.

Eligibility
All students duly enrolled and pursuing a full-time 3-year LL.B. program or a 5-year integrated LL.B. program from the Institution/University situated in Indiaand recognized by the Bar Council of India or equally competent authority shall be eligible to participate in the competition. In case of any ambiguity, the Organizers reserve the right to decide thereto, which shall be final and binding.
