Eligibility
Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch):
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in law
Hindi proficiency at school or higher education level
For LLM: 5 years’ experience in legal affairs, translation, or legislative drafting
For LLB: 7 years’ experience in similar fields
Assistant Public Prosecutor:
Degree in Law from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years of experience at the Bar
Salary
Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch): Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) as per 7th CPC
Assistant Public Prosecutor: Level-08 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) as per 7th CPC
