About the Opportunity
Shree Cement Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Counsel, based at the Gurugram office.

Eligibility
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)/ Master’s Degree (LLM) from a reputed college. An additional degree like CA/ CS/ CFE/ may be an added advantage.
Experience – 7 to 11 Years (law firm in general corporate practice / in-house lawyer)
Language proficiency – The candidate must be able to read, write and converse fluently in Hindi and English. Knowledge of any Third Indian Language will be an added advantage.
Skills Required –
Proven expertise in handling M&A and joint venture transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEBI, company law and strategic legal advisory
Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Salary
15-18 lakhs Per Annum
