About the Job
Serve as legal advisor and day-to-day counsel for the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) function including claims management.
Eligibility
Qualification in law preferably a LLB degree from a reputed Indian university and 5-8 years of broad legal experience in the construction, industrial or energy industry, with an emphasis on supply chain support, contract drafting and negotiation skills
Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment
Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law in a business environment
Excellent writing, research, and commercial negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High degree of professional ethics and integrity, sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
Proven experience and knowledge with vendor agreements and prime contract flow down drafting preferred
Able to work collaboratively with a global and diverse team
Proactive thinker and creative problem solver
Location
Gurgaon.
