About the Job
AU Small Finance Bank is on the lookout for a young, dynamic Advocate to join their Legal Recovery Team at AU Small Finance Bank!
If you have a strong understanding of the SARFAESI Act, experience with recovery suits, handling possession activities, and initiating legal actions against borrowers—this could be your next big move!
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5-year in-person program)
2+ years of experience in SARFAESI (must be from a bank/NBFC)
Strong communication, drafting, research & negotiation skills
Experience in filing FIRs, handling police complaints & litigation
Fluent in English and confident in legal documentation and procedures
Responsibilities
Drafting & reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and more
Preparing legal documents (Notices of Opposition, Evidence under Rules 45–47, Cease & Desist notices, etc.)
Working independently with minimal supervision
Representing clients in legal forums
