Eklavya is a community-led organization founded in 2017, works with first generation learners from historically underrepresented communities to facilitate their successful career transition through accessing world class higher education, enabling them to break the poverty cycle and become community role models. Our proven strategy encompasses awareness, exposure, mentoring, coaching along with engaging relatable role models.

Since 2017 Eklavya has trained 2000+ students, with 1200+ gaining  admission into 80+ top tier colleges and universities in India and abroad. Notably, 400+ of Eklavya alumni secured white-collar jobs, elevating their families’ income tenfold. Eklavya’s mission is to impact 20000 first generation students and their families by 2030.
