About the Job
The University invites applications for 04 (Four) Academic Fellows towards research and teaching in the following subjects/areas:
Public International Law, Private International Law, Environmental Law, International Trade Law, Competition Law, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law & Criminal Justice, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Taxation Law, Financial Laws, Regulatory Studies, A.D.R., Mediation, Law & Technology
Eligibility
LL.M. (Law) from a recognised Indian or foreign university with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed), and a good academic record.
For those applying with a relevant Master’s degree, there must be a clear and demonstrable track record of interdisciplinary research involving law.
Prior research experience, including field work and data collection, is desirable.
Applicants in this category should not have qualified for their first undergraduate degree before 01-01-2020.
