Eligibility
Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience handling matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
Better understanding of:
The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993
The SARFAESI Act
Other relevant banking and financial laws
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Experience in representing banks, borrowers, financial institutions, or third parties before DRT/DRAT is a plus.
Proficiency in Marathi (reading, writing, and communication) is essential.
Salary
Will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and expertise in DRT matters.
