About AMU Law Society Review
The AMU Law Society Review is the flagship journal of the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (U.P.). It is an annual journal which provides an extensive platform for academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students to assimilate, exchange and extend their ideas to facilitate the debate on contemporary legal issues through their scholarly articles and research papers.
Call for Papers
Submission Categories
Research Papers (3,000-5,000 words).
Case Comments, Legislative Comments, Articles, Essays (1,500-2,500 words).
Book Reviews (1,000-2,000 words).
Word count is exclusive of footnotes. Longer submissions will be considered at the discretion of the editorial board.
Eligibility
The Call for Papers is open to academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students to assimilate, exchange and extend their ideas to facilitate the debate on contemporary legal issues through their scholarly articles and research papers.

We welcome submissions on a broad range of legal issues, including but not limited to:
- Constitutional Law and Evolving Jurisprudence
- Women and Law

- Public International Law

Last Date for Submission: April 20, 2025.
Communication of Acceptance/Rejection: Before May 5, 2025.
