About B.M.S. College of Law
B.M.S. College of Law was established in the year 1963 by Sri. B.S. Narayan, Donor Trustee, BMSET, under the aegis of B.M. Sreenivasaiah Educational Trust. The trust is named after Dharmaprakasha Rajakaryaprasaktha Sri. B.M. Sreenivasaiah, whose vision laid the foundation for the first private engineering college in the State of Karnataka.
About the BMSCL Journal of Law
The BMSCL Journal of Law is the publication of B.M.S. College of Law, Bengaluru assigned with ISSN/e-ISSN number 2584-1165. It is an annual, peer reviewed law journal.
Call for Submissions
The Editorial Board of the BMSCL Journal of Law is inviting submissions for the upcoming Volume. All submissions will go through a rigorous review process and possible editing by the Editorial Board.

Submission Guidelines
Submissions are to be made only in electronic form and must be made via a Google form
The manuscripts shall be submitted with plagiarism reports generated through software such as Turnitin, DrillBit etc. and the scanned copy of the author declaration
Deadline
The last date for submission to BMSCL Journal of Law is 15 May, 2025. Submissions sent after the deadline will not be considered for publication.
