About Adamas University
The Adamas University was established by Sachis Kiran Roy Memorial Trust (SKRMT) (under the West Bengal Act IV of 2014) passed by The West Bengal Legislature and approved by The Governor. The provisions of The Adamas University Act, 2014, came into effect on 11th April 2014, through a notification issued by The Govt. of West Bengal on the same day. It is the 1st amongst the private universities in West Bengal to get a NAAC “A” accreditation.
About the Competition
Moot court competition is a gateway to the dynamic world of the legal advocacy, offering the aspirants a thrilling simulation of real-life court room proceedings and just not keeping them tied within the classrooms. The law students investigating beyond honing the technical knowledge and scrutinize in between the lines of the visible facts to unveil the hidden gem for their arguments eloquently.
Law Schools are the nurturers of the young law aspirants, playing a vital role being an exemplar by hosting debates, panel discussion, conferences, and most importantly moot court competitions besides enhancing the research and legal writing level of the students.

Eligibility
Participation is restricted strictly to bona fide law students pursuing the three-year or five-year LL.B. degree course in any institution in India. Students doing their LL.M. and Diploma courses are not eligible for participation.
Only 3 (Three) teams are permitted to participate from each participating institution.
Registration fees
The participating Team is required to pay Rs. 1,800/-. The registration fees (as applied) must be paid by NEFT or IMPS. The last date of payment is on 2nd April, 2025.
